TIMOTHY COFF

President and Chief Executive Officer

Timothy Coff is President and Chief Executive Officer of Viewpointe and a member of the company’s board of managers. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Coff drives the corporate vision, strategy and CFO responsibilities for Viewpointe. Coff has also held President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer positions at the company. Before joining Viewpointe in 2001, Coff held senior positions at TradeOut Inc., Baan Corporation, IBM Americas and Reuters America where he provided financial leadership, driving close to $1 billion in annual revenues across the information, software and consulting business. Coff holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University.

STEPHEN LAPHAM

Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Steve Lapham joined Viewpointe in 2003 as General Counsel, and currently manages the company’s legal, risk management and human resources departments. Lapham handles corporate governance and business transactions for the company, and is responsible for customer and vendor contracting, litigation, intellectual property, human resources, audit and areas of compliance. Lapham’s professional background includes six years in private practice where he represented corporate clients in both business transactions and civil litigation. Prior to joining Viewpointe, Lapham was Associate General Counsel at a Fortune 300 corporation, where he managed litigation and regulatory issues. Lapham graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor.

BERK MESTA

Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Berk Mesta is responsible for leading all Commercial aspects of Viewpointe business including go-to-market strategy, product strategy, business development, strategic alliances and finance for OnPointe®, Viewpointe’s information management & governance platform, check archive and payment services and solutions. Mesta has also held the positions of Executive Vice President of Business Development, Senior Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Sales at the company. Prior to joining Viewpointe in 2009, Mesta served in numerous senior leadership roles focused on business development and revenue growth across multiple vertical markets in technology and investments. Mesta has over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, including serving as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets for Weston Financial, a boutique investment advisory merchant bank in New York focused on emerging markets in Latin America and Turkey. His career also includes senior roles at Temenos S.A., leading the North American business strategy, BISYS, eCredit and Parametric Technology Corporation. Mesta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Lehigh University.

SEAN LAURELL

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Sean Laurell is responsible for Viewpointe’s solution strategy and innovation and the delivery of its portfolio of managed services, including cloud-based content services and professional services. In addition, Laurell has responsibility for cyber security and Viewpointe systems and technology. Laurell has also held titles of Executive Vice President of Information Management Services and Senior Vice President of Shared Services at the company. Laurell has more than 26 years of information technology experience; 24 of which include enterprise information management responsibilities. Before joining Viewpointe in 2012, he held several positions in Accenture’s Digital Data and Analytics group. Prior to Accenture, Laurell was the Vice President of Technical Operations at The CSC Group, leading the operations and delivery of their information management services practice. Over his career he has led the delivery of many large-scale solutions to the public and healthcare sectors as well as to multiple Fortune 500 clients in financial services and manufacturing.

Jonathan Partridge

JONATHAN PARTRIDGE

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Jonathan Partridge is responsible for leading Viewpointe’s long-term technology vision, focusing on strategic solution innovation and leveraging emerging technologies and delivery methodologies. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience in the fields of technology product strategy and lifecycle management, application development, Agile Transformations, Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), Operating Model Design, Value Stream and customer experience design, customer associations and UX/UI design. Prior to joining Viewpointe, Jonathan was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in the IT strategy and emerging technology practice. His career also includes previous positions with SunTrust Bank, Open Solutions and Guardian. Jonathan holds three undergraduate degrees from Purdue University and a Master’s degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). He holds certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (SPC, SA, SSM, POPM) and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Mike Yacone

MICHAEL YACONE

Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Mike Yacone is responsible for Viewpointe’s portfolio of highly secure information management services, including private cloud-based content services, managed services, professional services, architecture and development. Yacone’s career in Information Technology spans 30 years and includes key roles in support of organizations and clients across regulated industries that include banking, insurance, pharma, healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining Viewpointe, Yacone held several leadership positions at IBM with their Global Technology Services North America division. During his tenure at IBM he designed, implemented and managed multiple large-scale, complex information service solutions that drove stakeholder value and facilitated business expansion for several Fortune 500 clients.
