About Member Pricing
Members will receive their member discount once member status is verified by the Publications Department. Member pricing is available as a benefit to employees of members in good standing of Viewpointe. You must be logged in to receive member prices. Explore the benefits of membership by contacting Viewpointe Member Services.
Shipping and handling charges for publication orders is $9.00 for the first item plus $2.50 for each additional item purchased. Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. The maximum charge is $25*.
* If actual shipping exceeds $25, then the actual shipping costs will be billed.
Confirmation & Payment Details
Once your order is accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent from the Publications Department. It is NOT an invoice and does NOT include other possible applicable charges such as sales tax, shipping charges or processing fees. Please do not send payment based on this information. After receiving and fulfilling your order, an invoice will be sent to yourself and/or your organization's designated billing contact. If ACH authorization information is on file at the time your invoice is generated, details concerning settlement will appear on the invoice.
Viewpointe wants our members to be satisfied with all materials purchased. If you would like to return a publication, please notify us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Once the material has been properly returned to us, we will issue a refund, less shipping and handling. In the event a product is damaged, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to provide you with a replacement.
