Payments Education

Viewpointe webinars and in-person training sessions are presented by credentialed instructors throughout the year. Additionally, we offer comprehensive certification programs:

Check Certification 

In a series of 10 webinars, participants will review the entire check processing cycle, examine the latest innovations in the check industry and explore information about payments system fraud activity.

ACH Certification 

This comprehensive series of 12 webinars will expose participants to the ACH Rules and provide an in-depth examination of how the ACH system functions from both the originator and receiver perspective.

AAP Preparation 

Viewpointe recommends candidates taking the AAP exam to consider taking both the ACH Certification program and the 3-day AAP Review class. Over the last several years candidates that took this combination of training during the year before taking the test all passed the AAP exam.

NCPC Preparation  

Viewpointe’s Check Certification Program includes 10 webinars, a review session and the Viewpointe Check Certification exam. Upon passing the Viewpointe Check Certification exam, you will have achieved Viewpointe Check Certification, but you will still need to pass the ECCHO exam to achieve the NCPC distinction. The NCPC Review Course is the recommended next step in preparing for the NCPC exam.
