Keeping the costs associated with paper-based transfers in mind, Pointe2Pointe with Internet connectivity provides a platform for Viewpointe customers to securely send and receive electronic check images, eliminating the time and expense that come with physical processing. The service helps financial institutions move toward eliminating the financial and logistical burdens associated with processing paper-based checks.
“Financial organizations are looking for ways to connect with other institutions without increasing costs and straining internal resources,” said Glenn Wheeler, president of Viewpointe Clearing, Settlement and Association Services. “Viewpointe’s image exchange service allows them to connect to their exchange partners cost effectively and securely.”
