VIEWPOINTE MAKES EXECUTIVE HIRES

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2006--Viewpointe today announced that it has hired two officer-level executives to join their ranks. Diane Scott takes the position of Chief Sales, Marketing, and Product Officer, and Rustin Carpenter becomes Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer.
Scott will create a new product development group, while overseeing and formalizing roles on the customer care, sales, and marketing teams. Carpenter is responsible for the continuing development, in concert with customers, of Viewpointe's long term strategy. Specifically, he will determine ways Viewpointe can extend its national infrastructure and capabilities in the payments industry to create better efficiencies for financial services organizations.

Both will be based in New York.

Scott, former Chairman and CEO of Scott Communications Group Ltd. of the United Kingdom and Canada, led the corporation of market and product development professionals in providing management consulting for numerous global corporations. Prior to founding Scott Communications, she was Global Director of Marketing for Temenous Group AG, as well as the Financial Services Industry Group of Perot Systems Corporation. Scott holds a BA and Strategic Management Qualification from York University, Toronto, Canada and an Executive Business Management qualification from CEDEP, Insead University in France.

Most recently, Carpenter served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Certegy, and was responsible for the North American Check Services business. As a senior executive experienced in managing multinational organizations, Carpenter's work background includes American Express Corporate Services, Andersen Worldwide, and Dun & Bradstreet. He holds a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Rutgers.
