Viewpointe Archive Services Names Charles Gallagher as Chief Financial Officer

VIEWPOINTE ARCHIVE SERVICES NAMES CHARLES GALLAGHER AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Charlotte, NC - Viewpointe Archive Services today announced the appointment of Charles Gallagher as chief financial officer. Gallagher will report to John Lettko, chief executive officer of Viewpointe.

"Charles brings a depth of financial expertise and leadership in technology growth sectors critical to Viewpointe's future," said John Lettko. "I am pleased to welcome Charles to the Viewpointe team."

Mr. Gallagher joins Viewpointe with over 15 years of global financial experience across enterprises ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to multi-national corporations. Mr. Gallagher was most recently at TradeOut, Inc., a leading online B2B marketplace for surplus and excess inventory funded by GE Capital, eBay and Benchmark Capital. As chief financial officer, Mr. Gallagher provided financial leadership, and coordinated private financing in excess of $50 million.

Mr. Gallagher formerly held the position of vice president and corporate controller for Baan Corporation, a global provider of business-to-business collaborative commerce solutions. Before joining Baan, Mr. Gallagher spent over a decade with IBM Corporate in senior financial roles across Europe, Latin America and North America.

Mr. Gallagher holds a Master's degree in business administration from Columbia University, and an undergraduate degree from StrathClyde University in Glasgow, Scotland.
